Megan Mullis

Hi! My name is Megan Mullis, and I recently graduated from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. I studied deep sea marine sediment microorganisms. I am focusing on sediments collected from the Mariana Forearc sediments. I examine microbial community structure and function through analyses of metagenomics and metatranscriptomics. Currently I am a postdoc at Clark University studying Synechococcus from Narragansett Bay. I am interested in who is there and what they could possibly be doing. Microbes are awesome, and I love chatting about them. Message me if you want to know more!
